What You’ll Do
As a Senior Designer, Software, you’ll apply independent judgment and design expertise to ensure quality, accuracy, and clarity across projects. You’ll:
- Create and Review Technical Designs – Develop drawings, specifications, and documentation in Visual Studio, DevOps, or comparable tools, ensuring accuracy and quality for assigned projects.
- Strengthen Documentation Processes – Actively identify opportunities for improvement in technical documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to New Product Development – Participate in design reviews and product development processes, ensuring documentation is complete and effective for new launches.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, service, installation, and training teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across the organization.
- Provide Backup Support – Assist Staff Designers or Design Engineers when needed, sharing knowledge and expertise to support team goals.
As a Senior Designer, Software at Park Industries, you'll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement.
Experience and Qualifications
- Associate degree in Software Design or a related discipline (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (preferred)
- 2+ years of design experience (required)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio and DevOps (or comparable applications)

Pay Transparency Statement
In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salaried rate for this position ranges from $60,000.00 to $75,000.00. Please note that the salaried range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full-time employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, company-wide incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date, employment type, and hours worked.
