AMFA CTE Jamboree at Rock Ridge High School on November 14 in Virginia
2nd Annual Arrowhead Manufacturers & Fabricators Association CTE Jamboree
The AMFA Career & Technical Education (CTE) Jamboree is intended to close the gap between education and industry. The event features speakers that are active in CTE in Northern Minnesota. Following the presentations, join us for a tour of the CTE facility at Rock Ridge High School.
The CTE Jamboree will focus on creating viable partnerships between education and manufacturing. Normally students and teachers are out touring local industries. This is an opportunity for manufacturers and other industries to learn more about what is going on in the schools. Attendees will learn about best practices in promoting manufacturing careers in a K12 setting, learn how best to forge relationships between industry and education, learn about grant-funded opportunities, and more.
As is AMFA's policy for general meetings and tours, all K12 school representatives are invited to attend at no cost; registration is required.
