As we head into the fall season, I want to thank all of our AMFA members, partners, and supporters for your continued commitment to strengthening manufacturing across our region. This time of year brings several exciting opportunities to showcase our industry, connect with one another, and inspire the next generation of manufacturers.

October is Manufacturing Month, and we are excited to once again bring students and community members directly into manufacturing facilities through our Tour of Manufacturing. These tours provide an incredible opportunity for manufacturers to open their doors, share their stories, and showcase the wide variety of careers available within our industry. Thank you to all of the companies, schools, and partners who help make this initiative possible.

We are also looking forward to the Made HERE Expo, where manufacturers and industry partners can come together to highlight the products, innovation, and career opportunities that make our region's manufacturing industry so strong. Events like these play an important role in increasing awareness of the incredible work being done right here in our communities.

AMFA will also be attending FABTECH this fall to represent our region and connect with businesses and industry leaders from across the country. FABTECH continues to provide valuable opportunities to build relationships, explore new innovations, and bring new business connections back to our members and region.

As your business continues to grow, we also want to remind members about our Manufactured Marketing program. If you need assistance with marketing, whether that means creating promotional materials, advertisements, social media content, or refreshing your brand, our team is here to help provide affordable marketing support designed specifically with manufacturers in mind.

AMFA Board Nominations Are Now Open! Want to make a difference in the future of manufacturing in the Arrowhead region? Nominations are now open for the AMFA Board of Directors! Serving on the AMFA Board is a great opportunity to connect with fellow manufacturing leaders, help guide AMFA programs and initiatives, and have a voice in strengthening manufacturing throughout our region. Board members serve a three-year term, with board meetings held bi-monthly. If you’re passionate about manufacturing and ready to get more involved with AMFA, we encourage you to submit a nomination and help shape what’s next for our organization!
